Shipping Info: Physical Merchandise will be shipped using USPS for delivery, depending on the item. If you live outside of the US, I'll attempt to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 6 weeks. If it's been 6 weeks and I haven't sent you information on your order, please contact me at contact@nostraightanswer.com.
Return Policy: After receiving your order, you have up to 7 days to return the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Once I receive the returned item, the refund will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Items that are damaged cannot be returned.
In the rare but possible event that your item is misplaced or lost during shipping, I am not to be held responsible, however I will attempt to send another copy of the misplaced item free of charge to you (while supplies last). This does not apply to customers outside of the US, who will need to provide shipping and handling fees, or can opt for the following option.
If there are no more available copies of your misplaced / lost item, arrangements will be made to provide a digital copy of a substitute album to you. Eligible items include albums and EPs.
