if you've ever been in a depressed spiral, or have clinical depression of some sort, you probably understand what this song is about. it's about that low feeling, which you might think of several solutions to solve- some more dangerous than others. you might know you 'can' be better- you just don't know how to get there. and yeah, you might be talking to yourself, trying to pep yourself up, but not one part of you is in the pep-talking mood.

despite all of that, you know what your goal is. and you really, really hope it comes along soon.
